Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins, in the case of service contracts, on the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise;
In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not reside in the EU.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely with the start of streaming and/or access to audio files before the end of the withdrawal period if:

you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period has expired, and
-
you have confirmed that you are aware that by beginning the performance of the contract early you lose your right of withdrawal, and
-
we have provided you with a copy or confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium including the legal information pursuant to § 4 (1) FAGG, unless this was already provided beforehand on a durable medium.
